Connect Freshdesk to Blitzllama
1. Retrieve Your Freshdesk Domain and API Key
Find Your API Key:
Log in to your Freshdesk account.
Click on your profile picture at the top right and select Profile Settings.
On the right pane, click View API Key and complete the captcha verification.
Copy your API key and store it securely. Note: Resetting the API key will disconnect all apps currently using it, so ensure to update them with the new key if needed.
Find Your Freshdesk URL:
Go to your Freshdesk Admin panel.
Click on Portals to view your Freshdesk helpdesk URL (e.g.,
yourcompany.freshdesk.com
).
2. Connect to Blitzllama
Open the Blitzllama Dashboard.
Navigate to Connections > Feedback Sources > Freshdesk.
Click Connect Source.
Paste your Freshdesk helpdesk URL and API key into the respective fields.
Click Save.
Your Freshdesk integration with Blitzllama is now complete!
