Connect Freshdesk to Blitzllama

1. Retrieve Your Freshdesk Domain and API Key

Find Your API Key:

  • Log in to your Freshdesk account.

  • Click on your profile picture at the top right and select Profile Settings.

  • On the right pane, click View API Key and complete the captcha verification.

  • Copy your API key and store it securely. Note: Resetting the API key will disconnect all apps currently using it, so ensure to update them with the new key if needed.

Find Your Freshdesk URL:

  • Go to your Freshdesk Admin panel.

  • Click on Portals to view your Freshdesk helpdesk URL (e.g., yourcompany.freshdesk.com).

2. Connect to Blitzllama

  1. Open the Blitzllama Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Connections > Feedback Sources > Freshdesk.

  3. Click Connect Source.

  4. Paste your Freshdesk helpdesk URL and API key into the respective fields.

  5. Click Save.

Your Freshdesk integration with Blitzllama is now complete!
