### Connect Freshdesk to Blitzllama

#### 1. Retrieve Your Freshdesk Domain and API Key

**Find Your API Key:**

* **Log in** to your Freshdesk account.
* Click on your **profile picture** at the top right and select **Profile Settings**.
* On the right pane, click **View API Key** and complete the captcha verification.
* **Copy** your API key and store it securely.\
  \&#xNAN;*Note:* Resetting the API key will disconnect all apps currently using it, so ensure to update them with the new key if needed.

**Find Your Freshdesk URL:**

* Go to your Freshdesk **Admin panel**.
* Click on **Portals** to view your Freshdesk helpdesk URL (e.g., `yourcompany.freshdesk.com`).

#### 2. Connect to Blitzllama

1. Open the **Blitzllama Dashboard**.
2. Navigate to **Connections** > **Feedback Sources** > **Freshdesk**.
3. Click **Connect Source**.
4. Paste your Freshdesk helpdesk URL and API key into the respective fields.
5. Click **Save**.
